Coven+ Forum Terms of Service

Welcome to Coven+ Forum ("Coven+", "Forum", "we", "us", or "our"), available at:

Coven+ is an 18+ online magic and spirituality community created for adults interested in sharing knowledge, experiences, discussions, and support related to magic, spirituality, personal growth, and related topics.

By registering, accessing, or using Coven+, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Coven+.

1. Age Requirement (18+ Only)

Coven+ is strictly an 18+ community.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you provide is accurate.
  • You understand and accept these Terms.

Accounts belonging to users under 18 years old may be permanently removed without notice.

Coven+ is a community platform focused on:

  • Community support

Coven+ is designed as a respectful adult community for discussion and learning.

3. Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information.
  • Maintain your account security.
  • Keep your password private.
  • Not share your account with others.
  • Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, bans, or moderation actions is prohibited.

4. Account Inactivity and Deletion

To maintain a secure and active community, Coven+ may remove inactive accounts.

4.1 Six Month Inactivity Policy

Accounts with 6 consecutive months of inactivity may be permanently deleted.

An account is considered inactive when:

  • The user has not logged in for 6 months.
  • The account shows no meaningful activity.
  • The user has not contacted Coven+ support.

Before deletion, we may attempt to notify users through their registered email address.

However, Coven+ is not responsible if:

  • The email address is incorrect.
  • The email cannot be delivered.
  • The user no longer has access to the email account.

4.2 Deleted Accounts

When an account is deleted:

  • Profile information may be permanently removed.
  • Personal settings may be deleted.
  • Username availability may be released.
  • Account access cannot normally be restored.

Public posts may remain if they are important for maintaining community discussions.

5. Allowed Content

Users may share content related to:

✅ Spiritual practices

✅ Tarot discussions

✅ Astrology discussions

✅ Meditation and personal development

✅ Historical information about magical traditions

✅ Personal experiences

✅ Community questions and support

Content should be shared respectfully and responsibly.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Politics

Coven+ is not a political platform.

Users may not create:

  • Political campaigns.
  • Political debates.
  • Political propaganda.
  • Political recruitment content.

Political discussions may be removed to maintain the purpose of the community.

6.2 Drugs and Illegal Substances

Users may not post:

  • Drug promotion.
  • Instructions for illegal drug use.
  • Selling or requesting illegal substances.
  • Content encouraging illegal activity.

Educational or historical discussions may be allowed when appropriate.

6.3 Sexual Content

Coven+ does not allow:

  • Sexual content.
  • Explicit images.
  • Sexual discussions.
  • Adult material.
  • Sexual services or requests.

Although Coven+ is an 18+ community, it is not an adult content platform.

6.4 Harmful or Dangerous Content

Users may not share:

  • Instructions intended to harm others.
  • Threats.
  • Violence encouragement.
  • Dangerous challenges.
  • Malicious activities.

7. Respectful Community Rules

All members must:

  • Respect other users.
  • Avoid harassment.
  • Avoid personal attacks.
  • Avoid discrimination.
  • Respect different beliefs and practices.
  • Follow moderator instructions.

Different spiritual beliefs are welcome. Users must not attack others because of their beliefs.

8. User Content

Users are responsible for everything they upload or post.

You must ensure your content:

  • Does not violate laws.
  • Does not infringe copyright.
  • Does not expose private information.
  • Does not harm other users.

By uploading content, you allow Coven+ to store and display it as required to operate the platform.

You still own your content.

9. Moderation and Administration

Coven+ administrators and moderators may:

  • Remove content.
  • Edit posts.
  • Close discussions.
  • Restrict accounts.
  • Suspend users.
  • Permanently ban accounts.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and maintain platform quality.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently removed if users:

  • Break these Terms.
  • Post prohibited content.
  • Abuse community features.
  • Attack other members.
  • Attempt to damage the platform.
  • Create unsafe environments.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

11. Privacy

Coven+ may collect information required to operate the service, including:

  • Account information.
  • Login information.
  • User-generated content.
  • Technical information.

Information is used for:

  • Providing services.
  • Security.
  • Preventing abuse.
  • Improving the platform.

12. Security

Users must not attempt to:

  • Hack Coven+.
  • Access restricted areas.
  • Exploit security issues.
  • Upload malicious files.
  • Damage the website.

Security violations may result in immediate account termination.

13. Service Availability

We attempt to keep Coven+ available but cannot guarantee:

  • Permanent uptime.
  • Error-free operation.
  • No maintenance interruptions.

Updates, maintenance, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

14. Changes to Coven+

Coven+ may update:

  • Features.
  • Rules.
  • Community systems.
  • Available services.

We may modify or remove features when necessary.

15. Disclaimer

Coven+ provides a place for community discussion and knowledge sharing.

Users understand that:

Coven+ does not guarantee the accuracy of user-created content.

16. Limitation of Liability

Coven+ is not responsible for:

  • Account deletion caused by inactivity.
  • Loss caused by misuse of the platform.
  • Temporary service interruptions.
